For the best experience, we recommend arriving with a freshly washed face whenever possible. However, if you’re coming from work or another appointment, that’s completely fine—we can gently remove your makeup before your treatment begins.
No. Your hair should remain dry throughout the treatment. We use a soft terry cloth headband to help keep products away from your hairline. If you’re wearing your hair in a ponytail or bun, we recommend removing it before your appointment since the treatment includes a relaxing scalp massage.
