Policies
All appointments need to be secured by credit card. This number is kept on file to be charged in the following cancellation situations:
Cancellation the day of is charged 50% of the service fee.
No call/no show is charged 100% of the service fee.
Members can choose to use prepaid visits for cancellation fees.
In order to secure your appointment when online booking, a credit card has to be put on file or your appointment is subject to be cancelled.
Appointments must be cancelled online or by calling our studio. We cannot accept cancellation requests via text, email or social media messaging.
We cannot guarantee appointments booked online less than 30 minutes prior.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment so you can have time to fill out new client paperwork and make sure to arrive a bit early on subsequent visits.
We cannot extend appointments or downgrade session times for late arrivals.
As a courtesy our system automatically sends email and text appointment reminders. Please note that you are still responsible for keeping up with your appointment information if this system malfunctions.
We love children! However, we strive to provide a quiet environment for our clients and do not provide childcare. Please make arrangements for young children prior to your visit. Children receiving massage are to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Clients under 18 must have signature of parent or guardian to receive massage and float services.
Halotherapy and Sauna age requirement is 18.
Pregnant ladies can book services after completing the first trimester of pregnancy.
Clients with recent surgeries or injuries will need a Doctor’s approval, before booking services.
