Benefits Explained

  • Improved Blood Circulation:  Heat from infrared saunas expand the blood vessels causing a greater ease of flow through veins and arteries.
  • Immune System Support:  Balmy temps prompt the body to increase production of white blood cells. These cells are the key to fighting infection and disease.
  • Stress Reduction:  Heat helps to relax tight muscles and assists in relaxation as the body’s endorphin production increases.
  • Improved Cardiovascular System & Reduced BP:  The effect of a sauna session is similar to moderate exercise. The blood pressure increases during the session and then lowers during the cool down.
  • Helps Relieve Muscle and Joint Pain : Infrared heat waves penetrate the tissues and can help alleviate muscle pain after a workout or joint pain from overuse or Rheumatoid Arthritis.
  • Book 2-4 sessions per week and you will see the maximum benefit the Infrared Sauna offers.

Take a Sauna With Us

We offer a complete sauna experience. All bookings of 20 minutes or more are scheduled for an entire hour so you may enjoy steamy or cool towels, a complimentary water and an electrolyte popsicle to cool down in our relaxation lounger, found in the same private room.

Dress in loose comfortable clothing or swimsuit. A benefit that sets our service apart from others is that we utilize a HEPA filtration unit in the sauna suite and a ventilation exhaust fan to refresh the air inside and outside the cabin. This along with thorough cleaning and disinfection between clients insures an optimal environment. Please note we recommend to set it to a maximum of 120 degree. However, you can increase the temperature at your own risk/discretion.

For maximum benefits and to avoid adverse effects, start slow! We recommend starting with a beginner session and working up from there. Take care to not overheat and end your session if you feel lightheaded or nauseous. Once you build up tolerance you will be able to enjoy a full 30-minutes.

Relaxing spa music is always present at our studio but you may also bring earbuds and stream your favorite tunes inside the sauna. We do not recommend you take your phone inside the due to the high temperature.  We supply a bath towel for use during your visit and steamy and/or cool towels are included.

Yes. We advise a maximum of 120 degrees. If you are a seasoned sauna buff, feel free to increase the temp at your own discretion. Please be aware we cannot take responsibility for any adverse effects due to usage of the sauna and/or choosing an increased temperature.
